I’m a professional photographer based between Sydney and the Central Coast who loves photographing people. This moment of my partner and daughter sleeping in a hospital bed together was such a quiet and tender moment where two beings cut from the same cloth seemed to be woven together like that fabric, forming organic patterns and rearranging themselves symbiotically. They seemed harmonous in a place that feels at once so sterile and cold but also like a second home to us sometimes.
Communities from villages to cities and their their man-made landscapes each built with a unique look and feel… No two places are the same and we in turn are different in each one. From macro to micro; the footpath to the skyline, this is civilisation’s finest achievement.
